At Verdance Packaging, we strive to provide high-quality, custom-made packaging boxes that meet your exact specifications. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may require a return. This policy outlines the conditions under which you can return custom-made packaging boxes.

Return Window:

You have 14 days from the delivery date to initiate a return for your custom-made packaging boxes. This timeframe falls under the exception category allowed by Google for custom-made products, as standard return windows are 30 days.

Eligible Return Reasons:

We will accept returns for custom-made packaging boxes in the following situations:

  • Damaged Boxes During Production:

If the boxes arrive damaged due to a fault on our end during production, you are eligible for a full return.

  • Incorrect Dimensions:

If the boxes have incorrect dimensions compared to your confirmed order specifications, you are eligible for a full return.

  • Printing Errors:

If the boxes have printing errors that are Verdance Packaging's fault (not due to the artwork you provided), you are eligible for a full return.

  • Incorrect Order Received:

If you receive boxes that don't match the confirmed specifications in your order, you are eligible for a full return.

Non-Returnable Items:

Please note that custom-made boxes ordered according to your specifications cannot be returned unless they fall under the "Eligible Return Reasons" mentioned above. This is because these boxes are unique to your requirements and cannot be resold.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • In your email, explain the issue with your order in detail. Include your order number and any relevant photos that clearly show the damage, incorrect dimensions, printing errors, or discrepancies from your order specifications.

Return Costs:

Verdance Packaging will cover the return shipping costs for orders where the return is due to our errors or incorrect orders.

Refund Process:

Once we receive and verify the returned boxes, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. We will notify you via email once the refund has been processed.
