Durable heat seal mylar foil bags are used to keep unwanted tears at bay. They are airtight to prevent air exposure and water-resistant to allow liquid storage while preventing liquid seepage. Vacuum sealed mylar bags and heat sealable packaging bags are sealable for long-term product storage. Heat seal mylar bags are ideal for distributing samples, storing cosmetics, and packing other items.
Heat seal packaging bags provide extra protection against light, moisture, and insects. They make a good barrier against oxygen, so oxygen can be removed and products can last longer.

Welcome to our collection of high-quality, custom mylar bags. We have the right mylar bags for you, whether you need them for storage or packaging. We have a wide range of sizes available, many of which are heavy-duty bags. All bags are easily trimmed to size and can be sealed with a standard clothes iron, ceramic hair straighteners, or a vacuum sealer machine.
These mylar bags are intended to be sealed with a clamshell or impact heat sealer. If you don't have one of these heat seal mylar bags, a flat iron or hair straightener will suffice. Using the flat iron, seal the top completely. Squeeze the bag gently to see if any air is escaping. If this is the case, use the flat iron again until the seam is completely sealed. Most household clamp-style vacuum sealers are unable to seal standard mylar bags; however, most commercial vacuum sealers can. It is important to note, however, that most heat seal mylar bags are not embossed or textured, so a vacuum sealer will not pull the air out.
